Starsand Island Professions and Mentors Guide
Starsand Island has five professions. Meet Graminova, Pastelle, Zerine, Delphin, and Zephyria, and see why Solara pushes Crafter on day one.

There are five professions. Each has a mentor, five ranks (Apprentice → Junior → Intermediate → Senior → Expert), and a Workpedia skill tree paid with Starsand. You can run more than one. Solara often recommends Crafter first. Explorer pairs naturally with Crafter because they feed each other resources.

Why the First Rank Matters
Island Life’s Apprentice Talent card asks you to reach Apprentice in any profession. Junior Talent needs Junior in any profession plus five requests. That single card unlocks Buy Land. So the “best” first job is the one you will actually finish, not the one with the prettiest endgame.

Workpedia
The Workpedia app appears after your first profession task. Starsand spent here is Starsand you cannot spend on land. Early useful nodes include sitting stamina regen and extra wood/ore. Do not empty your Starsand wallet before Hopeland plot 1 (50 Starsand).
